Comprehensive master planning and architectural and engineering services for conversion of this former turn-of-the-century industrial complex to modern office facilities.

Rehabilitation of approximately 300,000 s.f. in three buildings as well as a new adjacent three-story building has been occupied by The Office of Children & Family Services. Key design issues included creating an upgraded image for the former mill complex, code compliance and site planning design.
