This senior housing facility consists of three, three-story buildings containing 117 one and two-bedroom living units and community spaces. Situated in a semi-rural area of North Troy the project overlooks the city with a scenic view of the Hudson River. The character of the buildings blends well with the single family residential nature of the area.
