The apartment units and associated community spaces form a component of the Center for the Disabled’s program of providing comprehensive service to the disabled of the Capital District. The combined total of 31 one & two bedroom units in two buildings having been designed with the concept of the handicapped accessibility at the forefront, allow even the severely disabled to live independently.
